The latest developer copy...
Due, primarily, to my complete ineptitude at getting WinCVS to work, or CVS in general to work, and thanks to the fact there is only 1 of me working on the code at this time, the only way to get the latest developer copy is when I upload it.

When I do it will be uploaded to

/columnserver/developer/cs_dev.zip
